Mình bị lỗi trang admin khi login vào sau khi mình nâng cấp lên version 4.x:

Thêm trước dòng 476: trigger_error(Request::REQUEST_BLOCKED, 256);
Một dòng thế này:
die( $this->origin . ' - ' . $this->referer_key . ' - ' . $this->referer );

Sau đó đăng nhập xem màn hình hiển thị nội dung gì

Sau khi mình thêm dong như bạn nói thì nó hiện thị là:
http://web.trangvangnhadat.vn - 1 - http://web.trangvangnhadat.vn/admin/

Trong errror log thì kệ nó nha bạn, còn nếu lỗi khi bạn không đăng nhập được thì tính tiếp
